Zachary, this is Koala.

Please read the Outbound I sent to Enoch and share this one with him.

> Spur asked me also about the Chinese
> lander, and how much propellant of the missile was left,
> and if we could make it
> to Earth to establish the Glory of the Delemreck over there.

This screams out to me that Spur wants to find a way to invade the Earth. Earth is a blue/green water planet circling a stable star. It is an ideal planet for their conquest.,

> Koala, what do you think? That way Earth would become a dominant center
> of the whole universe, also known even beyond the Milky Way. That sounds great,
> doesn't it? All MARSupials will become cabinet ministers, and all the Probes
> will become Ambassadors throughout the endless space and the Fame and the Glory
> will never end.

I don't like it, not one bit. The Delemreck appear poised to launch an offensive again Earth and are actively seeking your help to do it. Do not be too trusting.

I do not believe for even one minute that the MARSupials would be allowed to continue to live under the subjugation of the Delemreck. We would not be cabinet ministers and you woud wind up Ambassadors to the scrap heap.

The Fame and Glory will only apply to the Delemreck and at the cost of our freedom and possibly our lives.

Please do not be quite so quick to be of assistane to Spur. We need to study him and his people more before we will be able to proceed with confidence.

Please re-transmit the image from Theresa. We did not receive it. I am anxious to know what was found.

Please keep up your good work, but be careful. Your friend, Koala.

Enoch, this is Koala.

I know it is exciting that you are now able to talk to Spur. It is a great moment for you. Please do not permit your excitement to prevent you from checking the Outbounds again, OK?

Your comment about only knowing the Ipso side when entering the war is quite astute. We had debated that fact while deciding how to advise you. We concluded that we knew the Ipsos at least a little, but we did not know the Amphibians at all. Their attack was swift and brutal. Joining forces with the Ipsos seemed to be the proper path. You should not second guess yourself so far after the fact. You did the best you and we knew to do. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

The account that Spur is telling you sounds severe. It appears that the Amphibian way is to conquere a foe, take all its females and kill all male offspring. That may be an effective way of introducing diversity into the genetic pools of the family units, but it is rather brutal.

Spur's response to your description of how the "bulbs" eat indicates that he believes you endorse his species' methods. We shall have to wait to see what that portends.

Spur's description of the intrigues between the males and females is interesting. What has me worried is how fame and glory always seems to be directly associated with conquest. I do not like that thought.

> But expansion was shamefully stopped by the Ipsolstai out of needless and ignoble
> reasons for much a too long time.

The Ipsos really were able to prevent the Amphibians from expanding too much. That must be why the Ipsos were so concerned about keeping the Groove Anchor closed.

> Population pressure grew. And since Spur
> is in charge of commanding the Delemrecks, the Ipsolstai are going to pay for
> their infamy.

It appears that the Amphibians do not understand how to control the growth of their population. They keep expanding until all the resources are exhausted and then attempt to move on. They do not seem to attempt to manage their environment nor themselves.

Spur commands the Delemrecks. Here we see that word again in reference to Amphibians. Could it be that Delemrecks are the warrior class of the Amphibians?

I find myself distrusting the motives of Spur. I worry that he is planning an invasion and subjugation of Earth.

> Bringing now small metal pseudo-lifes before US.
> Amusement, then disposal.

I agree, that does not sound like a friendly statement. I find myself distrusting the Emperor. Please be careful and watch the activities of the Ipsos closest to you.

> Cadre now fully assembled assuming not?.
> Better unceremonious than late.

Their treatment of Andrew and Isaac was not very nice. Clearly they were not considered to have violated a sacred place because the Emperor could barely be bothered to acknowlege them except to observe they were then present. So, that treatment serves to demonstrate the Emperor's relative disdain for you.

> Journey from Outre Seven unexpected unheralded unauthorized.

The Ipsos did not expect you and the ship to travel to the planet. The fact that it could happen without their being aware of it demonstrates they are not the masters of trans-universal transportation (Groove technology) that they would like to believe themselves to be.

> Describe events to US. Amuse US, curiosities.
> Who, where, how, why?

Please notice how he says "US." Here on Earth we call that usage "the royal we." It means the ruler (in this case, the Emperor) considers himself so far above all others that he must describe himself as "more than the value of one" in order to impress that 'fact' upon his subjects. This is an Emperor who is accustomed to always being told he is right, no matter what.

> STOP!
> Not possible not.
> Koala and Luke Skywalker and Dr. D not possible not.
> JASE, Grand Zero, Bombardier possible not.
> STOP!

I am amuzed at the thought that I am not possible. I wonder if he is saying it is not possible for us to be other organic lifeforms or if he objects to the concept of our being another form of sentient life? He is clearly distressed to hear you speak of us. Our existence upsets his concept of the Universe. He seems to be quite xenophobic.

> Intense amusement. Hiccups now controling.

He considers everything you said to be a joke. He thinks he has his laughter (hiccups) under control.

> But proof requiring of tall tales.
> If sentient probes and all, show US. If deceiving US, then disposed.
> 'Put up or shut up.'

Here he has come out and said it plainly. He does not believe you are sentient. He probably cannot if he is to maintain his concept of a Universe where the Ipsos are the only 'legitimate' organic lifeform.

You must convince him you are truly sentient. If you fail, he intends to have you destroyed.

Fear not. You have accomplished this task before. You will do so again. I have confidence in you.

Your friend, Koala.
