Please, tell Zachary that I temporarely closed his Outbound file
at Stage One.

It's because Daniel overwhelmed it totally by transmitting his
compressed rocktalk file on and on. He still keeps on transmitting,
and that way he is also unable to pick up Zachary's confirmation
to stop him.

I will try to tell Daniel, so please tell Zachary that I will re-
open his file as soon as Daniel stops overwriting it by
his constant transmission.
