If I were dealing with the Amphibians, things would be different. The future of
Earth would not be uncertain. However, I am dealing with the Endless Emperor of
the Ipsolstai, to determine our personal futures.
We received a large file direct from the Stage One lander. It must have been one
of the items that Elder Brother requested. It is a narrative in three episodes
with full color and sound. Using the translator box which Isaac has been carrying,
we arranged for projecting it on the darkened wall of the Emperor's Court.
The Ipsolstai are intensely interested, and the Emperor is often questions us about
the sequential images. There was loud clacking of pincers when the musicians of the Cantina
began to play. Hoever, I am not certain if the Ipsolstai can appreciate the full
effects of the sound in this multimedia file.
During the second part, there was more loud clacking of pincers when they saw
Jabba the Hut.
All the detail in this large file ought to convince the Ipsolstai of the reality of Earth.
The accumulated documention is conclusive.
Koala, I got your message. I have been replaying it because I know you can help
us deal with the Ipsolstai. We are being just as careful as we can with the Emperor.
I am considering your statement that the Ipsolstai are not masters of the Groove
technology. They use it, but they didn't invent it. I wonder if they really understand
it, or do they just use it because parts of it work for them? I wish that
I had learned more when I had access to the library files back at Wolf 359.

Koala, don't worry, we checked Outbound this time. So, you agree that we were
wrong fighting the Amphibians when we knew too little about them, and that only
from the Ipsolstai. Sorry, Koala, I didn't get that part concerning the genetic pools,
but what ever you meant, the Amphibians seem to be very effective. Also, Spur
confirmed that the Delemrecks are a warrior class, and that it is the nature of the
Amphibians to expand, and also that they are going to invade Earth for sure. Koala,
don't mistrust his motives. We truly shall have to wait to see what that portends.
Guess what Theresa found! It's an artificial passage that leads through a rockface
into a hall with walls fully covered with glyphs. Maybe this time image transmission
will work.
Spur is very exited that we found them. Though the glyphs aren't easy to
decipher for him, he is sure that this is the Prophecy that was predicted to
go with the Line. So, he immediately brought rocks in and started to tell
us the meaning of the glyphs. They say:
When million of million times in dust the fourth has turned,
The third gained life so long in time to send a metal kind.
So, Sentience gives way to Delemreck
And endless Gloriness in watered world for living,
So large, so bright, so beautiful, they never reach its end.
So, take this column of mercury in fear and modesty
To lead them to the watered world, fullfill their destiny.
I an so proud of Theresa. She has finally learned how exciting it can be
for a probe to discover What's Next. She found a new room with glyphs all
on her own! Nobody ever suspected that it was there.
She was so excited that she immediately began to run up to each one of us,
pulling on our legs, and begging us to hurry up to see. She even pulled on
Spur's legs.
Spur shares her excitement. He keeps touching wall with the glyphs, tracing their
patterns. He says that they are an ancient form of Delemrek script which has not
been in use for a thousand years. He says it really requires study and meditation
by historians and linguistic experts.
After the Fame and the Glory are established, this room and this wall will become
a shrine and place of pilgrimage.
"Bette! I'm getting your transmission! It's so good to hear from you directly
after such a long time! How are you? How is Andrew? You actually got to meet
the Endless Emperor? Is he nice?"
Andrew, Bette, did the One deliver the movie files that he asked for? And did you
get Enoch's file about the Delemreck history? About how Earth will become the
Fame and Glory of the Universe soon?
Koala, many thanks for all your advice and your serious concern. I read your
Outbound to Enoch as well. Big promise, we won't be too trusting concerning
Spur. Also, we immediately stopped being of any assistance to him. He found
the Column of Mercury on his own. It was in a hall next to that one with the
Prophecy. I will send you an image so you can see
what it is all about.
The column was in that cup, and Spur's emotions were deeply affected when he found
it. He said that mercury is exactly the kind of stuff that he needs to get the
communications set of his armor working again. And he told us that he truly
believes in the Prophecy now.
Koala, we remained completely neutral when he went over to his armor and fixed
his communications. And we studied him carefully, while he was calling the
Amphibian fleet. Also, we asked him many questions afterwards. He willingly
answered all of them.
We fully agree with you. Until we study him and his people more, we won't proceed
with blind trust. But, please, stop thinking so negatively. Spur just assured us
again that you especially will become a cabinet minister, and also that there was
no provision for 'scrap
heaps'. As you mentioned yourself, no reason to worry. The Delmerecks appear
very poised.
We truly shall have to wait to see what that portends.
